Shine the Light — California Civil Code § 1798.83 California residents may request, once per calendar year, information about categories of Personal Information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of those third parties during the preceding calendar year. How to Submit a Verifiable Consumer Request To exercise any of the rights above, submit a verifiable consumer request to hello@nameskey.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with prior written notice. Only You, or a person legally authorized to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request. You may submit no more than two requests per 12-month period for the Right to Know.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
